Our MD Alison recently visited local secondary school, Wildern to run activities as part of their work skills day. The students were tasked with developing a product for young children to use in flight – to a budget and a timeline but they only heard the full brief if they asked their buyer the right questions!
Alison commented ‘I was really impressed with the way the teams worked together to come up with some great new product ideas! I think it’s really important to talk to young people about the reality of running a business in these challenging times. They had lots to think about in this project but they coped really well and I hope it gave them some food for thought about how products, that we probably take for granted, come into being.”
