With over 35 years of experience, we have been supplying a wide range of textiles, meal service equipment, amenities, and crew items to airlines all over the world – on time, every time.
Innovation is at the forefront of everything we do – we are constantly looking at ways to support our customers through design and development. We look at the entire product lifecycle – from cradle to grave – to create products that really fulfil our customer’s needs. We are well used to working with all key stakeholders to understand all the design and operational parameters that need to be considered when developing a product.

Sustainability is implicit in everything we offer – whether that be sourcing more locally to you, material selection or advice around life cycle analysis – at Plane Talking Products we can help support our customers on their journey to Net Zero. PTP achieved ISO14001 certification in July 2022.
Our Team
Alison has over 20 years’ experience working with top-class airlines from around the world – designing, developing and supplying inflight products. Having spent a number of years living and working in Asia as well as Europe, Alison understands the needs of the customers and is able to work with all the key stakeholders in the Inflight Service supply chain.

In March 2022, Alison became head of the working group for Marketing and Comms for the ASF.
John started his first airline supply company, Watermark Group PLC over 35 years ago and from then on has been actively involved in numerous large scale inflight projects for flag-carrying airlines. Working at the most senior level with numerous airlines around the world, he has a wealth of experience and has been responsible for some of the most innovative product and service ideas over the years- as well as some of the more ‘daring’ marketing campaigns!
We are pleased to announce that John Caulcutt, has been awarded a CBE in the 2023 New Year’s Honours list for his services to charity and to philanthropy.

Jemma joined Plane Talking Products in 2012 and in her time in the industry has managed a number of airline client accounts from around the globe. Jemma has extensive experience in managing the introduction of new products onboard from sign off to final delivery – on time, every time.

Meet Holly, our in-house Buyer with a passion for products. With a background in product design and procurement, Holly thrives on bringing new ideas to life. She especially enjoys chatting through new proposals with her clients to discover how to impress and delight their customers.
“One of the aspects I enjoy most about my work is collaborating with manufacturers to source great quality and innovative products. I like to learn the process of how things are produced, this helps me to understand capabilities and inspires ideas on how to push the boundaries of design.”
Bryony is a member of the design team at Plane Talking Products. She joined the team after graduating from the University of Southampton in 2022 with a degree in Graphic Arts. Bryony’s primary focus is innovation through design, with a goal of creating environmentally friendly products. This applies to all aspects of a product’s life cycle, from design to delivery and disposal.

Chloe joined Plane Talking Products this year as the Business Administrator for Plane Talking and PTP Healthcare. Chloe is looking forward to gaining valuable experience within this industry as well as learning more about the clients and industries we work so closely with.

Kyle joined Plane Talking Products in 2022 and in his 8 years’ experience in the sourcing industry with a background in both toys and tableware sectors. Kyle brings his knowledge and experience of working in these markets in the Far East to PTP to continue developing and sourcing new products for our customers.

Steph joined Plane Talking Products in 2023 and has over 6 years’ of experience in the sourcing industry with a background in stationery, craft and gifting. Steph brings her knowledge and experience of product development, negotiation and customer relations.

Holly joined Plane Talking this year (2023) as a Sales Executive for Plane Talking Products. With a background in customer service and a degree in Business Management, she is looking forward to gaining experience in the industry and building relationships with suppliers and clients. As well as working with colleagues on the onboarding of new products to final delivery.
