We look at the entire product lifecycle – from cradle to grave – to create products that really fulfil our customer’s needs. Alison has over 20 years’ experience working with top-class airlines from around the world – designing, developing and supplying inflight products. Having spent a number of years living and working in Asia as well as Europe, Alison understands the needs of the customers and is able to work with all the key stakeholders in the Inflight Service supply chain.

In March 2022, Alison became head of the working group for Marketing and Comms for the ASF.
John started his first airline supply company, Watermark Group PLC over 35 years ago and from then on has been actively involved in numerous large scale inflight projects for flag-carrying airlines. Working at the most senior level with numerous airlines around the world, he has a wealth of experience and has been responsible for some of the most innovative product and service ideas over the years- as well as some of the more ‘daring’ marketing campaigns!

Jemma joined Plane Talking Products in 2012 and in her 10 years in the industry has managed a number of airline client accounts from around the globe. Jemma has extensive experience in managing the introduction of new products onboard from sign off to final delivery – on time, every time.

Meet Holly, our in-house Buyer with a passion for products. With a background in product design and procurement, Holly thrives on bringing new ideas to life. She especially enjoys chatting through new proposals with her clients to discover how to impress and delight their customers.

Bryony joined the Plane Talking Products design team at the start of the year after recently graduating from the University of Southampton with a degree in Graphic Arts. Bryony is focussing on sustainability – as it applies to our products and the journey they take from design to delivery and then to disposal.
